How I can help you...

My focus is to help you discover your own unique embodiment, feeling the experiences of movement and stillness deeply from within. Expect an equal parts smooth and strong flow, empowering and explorative breath-led movement, as well as precious space for stillness. These practices are the antidote to a busy London life and an invitation to reconnect with your body. I teach in a style that is open and accessible to all. As a teacher I take a caring, thoughtful and sensitive approach, offering options for all students with open acceptance, whether you are practicing yoga for the first time or looking to deepen an existing practice.


Yoga sparked a curiosity in me and has been a part of my daily life since I began a regular practice over 10 years ago. I have felt the way these practices can change your way of being in the world; softening the grip, riding the waves of change and seeing life through the lens of loving kindness have all had a profound impact on the ways I encounter life’s challenges. A lover of movement and fitness, off the mat you’ll find me running through London’s many parks and canals or heading to the coast whenever possible, surfboard in hand.
