Biography

My lifelong involvement in fitness and athletics led me to become a Level 1 CrossFit trainer in January 2013 and a Level 2 CrossFit trainer in 2015. As a natural adopter of sports; including gymnastics, basketball, cheerleading, swimming and diving over the years, CrossFit reawakened my inner athlete in 2010, fueling me to become a founding partner of CrossFit Terre Sainte in Geneva, Switzerland.

However in the summer of 2015, I moved to London furthering my passion for health, fitness and competition, I made the transition into the Personal Trainer sector. I acquired my Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction in 2018 and my Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training in 2018, however I continued to actively train clients individually, in small groups and leading Corporate Boot Camps since 2015.

PT allows me to to share my love for health and fitness and also change the way people perceive their own personal well-being. I pride myself on my ability to motivate individuals to crave fitness and to encourage and aid clients to live a prosperous, fulfilling, health conscious life. I am always eager to share my passion with others and to assist them in finding their inner athlete too.

I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Kansas State University and a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) from the University of Kansas Medical Center, which allowed me to provide therapy at Saint Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital (Kansas City, MO, USA) for 3 years in short term rehab, skilled nursing rehab and inpatient/outpatient care.
